If you subscribed to Pixomatic from our website, you're welcome to check your subscription status by following the steps below:
👉 From the website
- Visit pixomatic.us
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to Manage Subscription
👉 From the App
- Open the app and log in to your account from the Profile tab
- Go to the Subscription section of the page
If you've subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your subscription information is also retrievable as follows:
👉 iOS device: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Pixomatic
👉 Android device: Google Play app > Profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Pixomatic
