Reminders, auto lock and export to Apple Health

There are additional settings in the app that you can adjust to enhance your experience and make the most of its features.

  1. Open the app’s main screen and tap the Profile icon in the bottom menu bar.

  2. Scroll down to the General Settings section.

Here, you’ll find several useful options:

  • Reminders:
    Tap the arrow next to the Reminders tab to manage your notifications.
    There are two types of reminders available:

    • Sleep tracking reminder

    • End-of-week summary reminder
      To enable either, toggle the switch next to it to the right (ON).

  • Auto-lock:
    This function helps save battery. You can choose whether the screen turns off while the device is plugged in or running on battery.

  • Apple Health Integration:
    Enable this option to allow the app to export your sleep data to the Apple Health app, helping you track your health metrics in one place.
