Open the app’s main screen and tap the Profile icon in the bottom menu bar.

Reminders:
Tap the arrow next to the Reminders tab to manage your notifications.
There are two types of reminders available:-
Sleep tracking reminder

End-of-week summary reminder
To enable either, toggle the switch next to it to the right (ON).

Auto-lock:
This function helps save battery. You can choose whether the screen turns off while the device is plugged in or running on battery. -
Apple Health Integration:
Enable this option to allow the app to export your sleep data to the Apple Health app, helping you track your health metrics in one place.
