How to set an alarm?

We designed Sleepzy to be your personal assistant for improving your sleep habits and quality.

Setting an alarm

  1. Open the app to the main screen.

  2. Set the alarm time by swiping the digits on the right and left up or down. 

  3. Below the time, you’ll see the Wake-up range — a time window (default 30 minutes) during which the app detects your sleep phases and wakes you up at the optimal moment, usually during light sleep, so you wake up feeling refreshed.

Going to sleep

  • When you’re ready to sleep, simply tap the blue Sleep/Start button on the main screen.

  • Make sure the alarm is turned ON — a blue icon on the left indicates it’s active.

Alarm screen

If the alarm is active, you’ll be taken to the alarm screen, which shows:

  • If the sleep timer is enabled, a music track will be available to help you fall asleep. Tap the play icon to start the music and adjust the volume by sliding left (quieter) or right (louder).

  • The current time and your wake-up range based on the alarm you set.

  • A countdown showing the time left before the alarm goes off.

To stop the alarm when it sounds, press and hold the red button for a few seconds.
