👉 If you purchased your subscription from the Apple App Store
- Open Subscriptions on your mobile device.
- Tap Alarm Clock
- Tap Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial. If there is no Cancel button, or if you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.
⚠️ We recommend unsubscribing at least 24 hours before your subscription expires. We can’t cancel your subscription on your behalf, as Apple manages subscriptions and payments directly.
👉 If you use iOS and started a subscription in-app using an alternative payment method, you can unsubscribe directly from the app or through the link included in your subscription confirmation email.
To unsubscribe from the app:
Update the app to the latest version available in the App Store.
On the main screen, tap the Menu icon in the top right corner.
Tap Manage Subscription, then tap Unsubscribe.
Confirm by tapping Yes, cancel subscription when the confirmation pop-up appears.
To unsubscribe from the subscription confirmation email:
Open the subscription confirmation email you received and click the unsubscribe link included in the message.
