- A screenshot of the invoice that notified you of the purchase of Pixomatic

Your Backend ID, retrievable by following these simple steps:
- Ensure you’re using the most recent version of the app by downloading it from the App Store/Google Play Store
- Open the app, and on the first page that appears, press four fingers for about five seconds
- A menu will show up—tap on Backend ID
- Copy it or share it to make sure it is sent in reply to this email
