The Planes Live app lets you track flights in real time, giving you access to thousands of planes currently in the air or preparing for takeoff. If you want, you can zoom out on the map to see the great number of planes currently in the air or about to depart.
To help you quickly find a specific flight or type of aircraft, you can apply filters to narrow down the results.
To apply filters, you can follow these easy steps:
- On the main screen, tap the Filters icon.

On the Filters screen, tap the right arrow to view all available filter options.

Choose a filter category, such as (Aircraft Model, Airline ,Departure Airport, Arrival Airport etc..)

Tap your desired filter option — a checkmark will appear next to the one you’ve selected.

To return to the map, tap the “X” in the top left corner.
Your selected filter will now be applied, and the map will only show flights matching your criteria.
To remove the filter, tap the trash icon to the left of the Filters icon. This will clear the current filter and display all available flights again.
You can repeat these steps to add or change filters at any time to customize your flight search.
